        You have options.

      • Do you owe taxes?

        You have options.

What is the first question you should ask when you owe taxes, what are my options?

        Yes, you have 6 options.

        Bankruptcy

Filing for bankruptcy may help discharge certain tax debts, but it’s important to meet specific criteria and understand that not all tax liabilities can be eliminated.

        Installment Agreement

An installment agreement enables you to pay off your tax debt in manageable monthly payments, spreading the burden over a set period instead of paying it all at once.

        Currently Not Collectible

If you are unable to pay your tax debt due to financial hardship, you may qualify for "Currently Not Collectible" status, which temporarily halts collection.

        Liability

Understanding and clarifying your tax liability is crucial, as it determines how much you owe and what steps you can take to resolve the debt effectively.

        Full Pay

By full paying your tax debt, you will significantly reduce the amount of penalties and interest, along with the risk of enforcement actions like lien and/or levies.

        Offer in Compromise

An Offer in Compromise allows you to compromise your tax debt for less than the full amount, based on your financial situation and fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.

During my years with the IRS many people expressed to me how they did not know what options were available. So I decided to share this information through workshops, something no one has done before. - Nathalie Raygosa
